Written specification
Production follows a written specification that you sign off before cutting starts.
Hand-finished upholstery
Covers are cut, sewn and fitted to the headboard in our own upholstery workshop.
Final inspection
Finished beds are checked against the approved sample before packing.
Matching bedside tables
Our bedside tables are made alongside the beds, so a room can be ordered as a set.

The B002 bed can be adapted to your range. Custom versions take 30–40 days after the sample and specification are approved.

Manufacturer
Built in our own factory in Foshan
Each B002 bed is made in our own factory in Longjiang, Shunde, Foshan, China: in-house master craftsmen build the solid-wood frame, then our team of 50 handles cutting, sewing, upholstery and final inspection.

Yes. For a new size, cover or colour we build a sample and share photos for your approval before bulk production.
What is the minimum order for the B002?
20 sets per order, and the B002 can be mixed with other YASACE models to reach it.
