As an OEM upholstered bed manufacturer, we build your design to your drawings, reference photos or an existing model, under your brand. You confirm the sizes, headboard shape and height, upholstery, base and legs; we turn them into a specification sheet and a sample for your approval.
Frames are built from imported Russian larch, padded with high-density, high-resilience foam and upholstered in top-grain leather, faux leather or fabric, as listed on each product page.

ODM bed design from our collections
ODM bed design starts from one of our eight series, such as the Italian Contemporary NO.2, Vintage NO.8 or floating X-9 beds. We adapt the headboard, sizes, covers and colours so the model fits your range, then develop a sample before bulk production.
ODM is the faster route for brands that want an exclusive look without starting from a blank page; OEM suits brands with their own designs.
Private label upholstered beds and packaging
Private label upholstered beds carry your labels and ship in export packaging with your markings. Packaging and labelling are agreed with the specification, so every reorder matches the approved sample.
Orders start from 20 sets with mixed models; prices are quoted per order on ICC Incoterms EXW, FOB or FCA.

Frames, sewing and upholstery are done in our 8,500 m² factory in Longjiang, Shunde, by a team of 50 including in-house master craftsmen.

What does an OEM upholstered bed manufacturer do?
An OEM upholstered bed manufacturer produces beds to the buyer's design and specification, sold under the buyer's brand. YASACE builds OEM beds in its own factory in Longjiang, Shunde, Foshan.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM we build your design to your specification. With ODM we develop the design with you, usually starting from one of our collections, and you sell it under your label.
What is the MOQ for OEM and ODM orders?
The MOQ is 20 sets per order, and different models, sizes and covers can be mixed within those 20 sets.
Can we approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A sample is developed and reviewed against the agreed specification before bulk production; sample charges and timing are confirmed for each request.
How long does an OEM order take?
About 20 days for standard specifications and 30–40 days for customized sizes, covers or colours, counted from order confirmation.
Can you supply private label packaging?
Yes. Labels and export packaging with your markings are agreed with the specification and used for every reorder.
