This page brings together what our factory makes and how it can be adapted: eight upholstered bed series, matching bedside tables, beds for hotel and contract projects, and OEM and ODM development for furniture brands.
Every example shown comes from our own showroom and workshops in Foshan. Client projects are described by type, without client names or their designs.

Contract bed manufacturing capabilities
For hotels, serviced apartments and residential developments we produce beds room type by room type: agreed sizes, durable covers and repeatable finishes across the whole project.
A project is planned with one specification per room type, a sample for approval and a packing plan for delivery to site.
OEM & ODM development
OEM bed projects we develop for brands
Examples of development work in our factory. As an original equipment manufacturer we never publish client names or their designs; these photos show work in our own workshops.

Covers
Top-grain leather, cowhide, eco leather, linen-velvet, cotton, technical fabric and bouclé.
Headboards
Height, shape, padding and stitching adapted to your drawings or references.
Bases & storage
Floating, platform, legged and storage drawer bases, depending on the model.
Packaging & labels
Export cartons, usually three per bed, with your marks and labels. See export packaging.
Capacity
Built in our own factory
All collections are made in our 8,500 m² factory in Longjiang, Shunde, by a team of 50 people including in-house master craftsmen. The factory produces up to 4,200 sets a month.
Standard models take about 20 days; custom models take 30–40 days after the specification and sample are approved.

What buyers ask before choosing a series.
Can you make a catalogue model in our sizes and covers?
Yes. Any model can be quoted in your mattress sizes and in the leather or fabric of your choice. Custom models take 30–40 days after the sample is approved.
Do you show past client projects?
We show our own collections and factory work and describe project types, without client names or their designs.
Can I combine several series in one order?
Yes. The MOQ of 20 sets can be mixed across models and series.
Do you supply bedside tables with the beds?
Yes. Our bedside tables are designed to match the bed collections and can be added to the same order.
