Pricing & Quotation
Upholstered Bed Pricing and Quotation
We do not publish price lists. Upholstered bed pricing depends on the model and on the choices you make for your market, so every trade buyer receives a written quotation for the exact specification.
This page explains what drives the price, our minimum order and lead times, and how to get an accurate quote on the first try.

What drives the price
Six factors in upholstered bed pricing
A quotation is built from these six inputs. The more of them you define in your enquiry, the more accurate the first price will be.
01 · Size
Mattress size and dimensions
Price follows the mattress size (for example 150×200 or 180×200 cm), headboard height and overall footprint. Each size is quoted on its own line. See our EU, UK and US bed size guide.
02 · Cover
Leather, fabric or mixed covers
Top-grain leather, eco leather and fabrics differ in material cost and in how much of each hide or roll a model uses. Piping and channel stitching add sewing time. Compare leather vs fabric.
03 · Construction
Model, frame and base
Headboard shape, a floating or legged base, storage and the frame specification change the materials and labour in each bed.
04 · Quantity
Order quantity and mix
Our MOQ is 20 sets and models can be mixed. Longer runs of one model in one cover are more efficient to cut and sew than many short lines. Read how mixed orders work.
05 · Packaging
Packaging and labelling
Beds are packed in thickened export cartons, usually three per bed. Carton marks, labels or extra protection you require are added to the quotation. See export packaging.
06 · Trade terms
EXW, FOB or FCA
We quote EXW, FOB or FCA. The term decides where our costs stop and yours begin, so it changes the price you compare. See FOB vs EXW vs FCA.

We confirm prices, carton sizes and CBM, and the lead time in writing.
MOQ and lead time
Upholstered bed pricing, MOQ and lead time in one quote
Price, minimum order and lead time are confirmed in the same quotation. Our MOQ is 20 sets, and models can be mixed within that. Standard models take about 20 days; custom models take 30–40 days after the specification and sample are approved.
Our own factory in Foshan produces up to 4,200 sets a month. Carton sizes and CBM are confirmed with the quotation so you can plan container loads before you order.
Why is there no price list on the website?
Upholstered bed pricing changes with size, cover, construction, quantity, packaging and trade term. A written quotation for your exact specification is more useful than a list price.
What is the minimum order?
20 sets per order, and you can mix models, sizes and covers within that quantity.
How long is the lead time?
About 20 days for standard models and 30–40 days for custom models after the specification and sample are approved.
Which trade terms do you quote?
EXW, FOB or FCA, following the ICC Incoterms rules. Tell us the destination and the term you prefer.
Can you quote OEM designs?
Yes. Send drawings or reference photos with sizes and covers. OEM and ODM designs are quoted after we review the specification, together with a sample plan.
