OEM & ODM

OEM upholstered beds and ODM development

OEM means we build your design to your specification and label. ODM means we develop a new bed with you, starting from our Italian-style collections or from your references.

Send drawings, photos or a reference model with target sizes, materials and quantities. Our designers and in-house master craftsmen turn it into a sample for your approval before bulk production.

Buyer FAQ

Upholstered bed manufacturing services: FAQ

Direct answers on order quantities, development, lead times and trade terms.

What upholstered bed manufacturing services does YASACE offer?

We offer four upholstered bed manufacturing services: OEM and ODM development for furniture brands, wholesale supply for importers, collections for retailers and contract production for hotels and projects, all from our own factory in Foshan.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With OEM we build your design to your specification under your brand. With ODM we develop the design with you, usually starting from one of our collections, and you sell it as private label beds.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 20 sets per order, and different models, sizes and covers can be mixed within those 20 sets.

How long does production take?

About 20 days for standard models and 30–40 days for customized orders, counted from order confirmation.

Can we approve a sample before bulk production?

Yes. A sample is developed and reviewed against the agreed specification before bulk production; sample charges and timing are confirmed for each request.

Which trade terms do you work with?

We quote EXW, FOB or FCA and work business-to-business only, with buyers in Europe, North America and other export markets.
