Premium Upholstered Bed Collection Planning

A premium upholstered bed collection has to look consistent on the showroom floor and arrive consistent in every container. This guide shows how to plan one with our Premium series, from choosing models to approving samples and repeat orders.
What the premium series offers
Our Premium Upholstered Beds are YASACE Series 5, with more than 50 models in the catalogue. They share the construction of the Comfort series, with top-grain genuine leather on the headboard contact surface, flush edges and standard mattress sizes of 180 × 200 cm and 150 × 200 cm. The headboards are taller: models 5572 and 5573 stand 118 cm high, against 108 cm for Comfort models 387 and 390.
6 steps to plan a premium upholstered bed collection
1. Define the customer and the room
Start with who buys the bed and where it will stand: a retail showroom, an online range or hotel rooms. That decides the sizes, the colour palette and how many models the premium upholstered bed collection needs.
2. Choose the hero models
Pick two or three headboard shapes that carry the collection, then add variations. Because the construction is shared, models from the Premium and Comfort series can sit in one range at different heights.
3. Set the size range
Most collections need two sizes. Our standard sizes are 180 × 200 and 150 × 200 cm; for other markets, see the EU, UK and US bed size guide.
4. Build the cover palette
Keep the palette small: a few leather colours used across all models. Colours are matched to your swatch or chosen from our cover range. Top-grain is the outer layer of the hide (see leather); our guide to leather vs fabric upholstered beds covers the test reports for our materials.
5. Add matching bedside tables
Our bedside tables are made alongside the beds, so the room can be sold as a set.
6. Sample, approve and reorder
Before you commit, see the headboards in person: our showroom in Foshan has a headboard sample wall and finished sample beds, and our export sales team can walk you through the options for your market.
Approve a sample of each new model and cover through our sampling process. Repeat orders then use the approved specification, so later containers match the first.
