What the upholstered bed MOQ means at YASACE
MOQ stands for minimum order quantity. At YASACE the minimum is 20 sets per order, and you do not need to order 20 of one model. The MOQ applies to the order as a whole, so a first order can test several designs, and a repeat order can combine proven sellers with new models.
How a mixed bed order works
You can combine models from different series, different mattress sizes and different covers in one order. An importer might, for example, combine models from the Minimalist Floating X-9 and Vintage NO.8 series in 160×200 and 180×200 cm. Each combination of model, size and cover becomes one line on the quotation, with its own price and quantity.
Planning a mixed order
- Start with your best sellers. Put most of the quantity on models you know will sell.
- Keep covers consistent. Fewer covers across more models keeps cutting and sewing efficient.

- Check CBM early. Carton sizes and CBM come with the quotation, so you can see how the mix fills a container.
How quantity affects price
Quantity is one of the six factors in upholstered bed pricing. Longer runs of the same model in the same cover are more efficient to cut, sew and upholster than many single pieces, so the quotation reflects the mix as well as the total. If price matters most, concentrate the quantity on fewer lines.
Lead time for a mixed order
Standard models take about 20 days; custom models take 30–40 days after the specification and sample are approved. When an order mixes standard and custom models, the custom lines set the schedule. Our factory produces up to 4,200 sets a month.
Filling a container
Beds are packed in thickened export cartons, usually three per bed. Because carton sizes depend on the model and size, we confirm them with each quotation. A complete enquiry lets us quote every line at once instead of going back and forth. For a mixed bed order, send:
- The models you are interested in, by name or by link to the product page.
- The mattress size for each model, in centimetres.
- The cover for each line: fabric or leather, and the colour or swatch reference.
